It can also work with other brands using adapters sold separately—adapter part numbers e98979 through e98984 cover everything from Roadmaster to Blue Ox setups. That means you can reuse your existing gear instead of starting over.
You can bolt this kit on without any welding or special tools. It includes all necessary hardware along with clear instructions for a straightforward install. An electrical bracket is built in so you can mount a round connector plug cleanly up front. Once everything’s bolted down and aligned, you’ve got a secure connection that’s flat-tow ready.
Knowing your clearances helps make setup smoother. The brackets sit 31" apart with a bracket height of 18-1/2", giving you reliable reference points when selecting or adjusting your tow bar and wiring components. Everything lines up evenly for a balanced tow every time.

Had a bit of of issue with getting the front valance to fit back on car. The tow bar should have been a 1/2 to 3/4” lower to fit in the air vent opening, I may have to cut the valance itself to get it back down to where it will fit correctly, I am still playing with it
During installation we experienced some issues with part alignment between the base plate and bumper assembly causing the facia the to need trim back the facia all the way to the painted section. The hood and facia fit is tight.

Great bar for the money. Instructions were fairly easy to follow but at time they did not make sense logically. In the final step lining up the grill was confusing I had to improvise to make it work.

On the Tahoe 2011 you need to cut off the end of the bolt that is coming down from above in the frame horn so bar will fit, also the cut out pattern isn't the same. as illustrated. and your included blue lock tite is dried up
